Some of you probably wonder why I haven’t written about my experiment for a while.
Well, after getting used to it, it feels good to eat about 50% fat, 45% protein and max. 5% carbohydrates.
To begin with my weight moved a bit down, then up and down and then up, up, and I thought – Jeez, my weight will be going through the roof, but instead of stopping what I did, I stopped weighing myself for a while, and then, when I stepped on the scale again Wednesday, I had lost 5.2 kilos! In one week!
It means that I’ve lost 10.9 kilos all in all since I started my experiment 6½ weeks ago. That’s not too bad, don’t you think?
