My diet pretty much takes care of itself. I cook a batch of the soup once a day, and it takes me about 15 minutes to prepare the vegetables plus half an hour cooking time, and that’s all the preparation there is for my meals that day.
It means that I have a lot of spare time on my hands, which I don’t normally have, and one of the things I use that time for is the universe of Pinterest. Do you know it?
It’s a place where you can find almost everything from ideas for Christmas gifts and decoration over recipes of all kinds, art, fashion, how to make shoes, build solar panels and install them, grow your own vegetables and can, freeze, dry, salt and pickle them, how to prune your roses, plan the landscape of your garden, build raised beds for your garden, build furniture out of pallets, make your own booze, make the perfect foundation for your makeup, and so much more.
I can spend hours looking at and pinning things that might come into good use later sometime.
It really is addictive, but if you want, you can go to http://www.pinterest.com and find me under my name Cirsten Eggers.
