– When do you think that your treatment of patients will be officially recognized?
– If the doctors don’t start to listen now, then they should be ashamed of themselves!
And there is absolutely no excuse for not immediately to decide that medical training must be complemented with a higher degree of nutritional physiology than it’s the case today.
The initiative should come from the Interior Ministry.
Amongst others it ought to be our politicians who take the first step.
– Do you think you have the solution to the mystery of arthritis?
– I do, and it cannot be discussed.
I have seen how the physiological changes occur.
It’s not something I think. I’ve seen it.
The pain and the stiffness disappear and the blood circulation improves.
The patients arrive with crutches and leave without crutches.
This is not a miracle – or something that happens as if by magic.
It happens when the cleansing takes place, and while the blood circulation improves.
I stimulate the blood circulation by giving the patients heat-wraps. They sleep with wet heat-wraps at night to stimulate the blood circulation.
As a result the crooked fingers, which were not able to move, are straightened out and the hand can be closed again.
And most important of all:
It happens without drugs!
The patient is allowed to administer his/her own painkillers. But I always tell them: – The fewer tablets you use, the better!

This page is part of an ongoing translation of the Danish Book: Gigtens gåde er løst (the mystery of arthritis is solved) by Peter Laursen. The book was published in 1989 by the Danish publishing house Hellas, and tells the story of Alma Nissen, who for more than 30 years cured thousands of patients for amongst other things arthritis, psoriasis, asthma, pneumonia, herpes, gallstones and migraines with something as simple as potato soup and garlic, mild exercise, enough sleep and a lot of common sense. Through all those years Alma fought to make doctors put away their prescription pads and realize that drugs against arthritis are worse than the disease itself. The book – Gigtens gåde er løst – tells Alma Nissens story in her own words and gives us the solution, so we can help ourselves, when the medical establishment refuses to.
I think that this is one of those few books that really can have a huge impact on the life and health of the reader, and that’s why I translate it into English, so more people can get access to Alma Nissens wisdom.
